NivoDesk Pro / Approach
Our approach · illustrativeMap a workflow before automation.
Start small, look for exceptions and reversals, and keep a clear line between a plan on a page and software that has proven it can do the work.
Concept page. No live tool, account or contact intake is offered.
How it works
Four steps before choosing any tool
A small, honest map reveals where ambiguity actually occurs.
- Step 1
Pick one journey
A recurring path with a clear beginning and end.
- Step 2
Map decisions
What must be decided, and by whom.
- Step 3
Add exceptions
What happens when the expected path cannot continue.
- Step 4
Then evaluate
Compare tools against the map, not the brochure.
01 · Start small
Map a small journey before adding tools
Choose one recurring journey and describe its beginning, the decisions it needs and the point at which it is complete. An enquiry becoming an appointment is different from a support question becoming an operational task.
Keeping the initial map small helps reveal where ambiguity actually occurs, without assuming that the entire business must be rebuilt around a single software package.
02 · Exceptions
Look for exceptions and reversals
A workflow description should include what happens when the expected path cannot continue. Availability can change, information can be incomplete and a person may need to revise a decision.
Compare how a proposed approach would stop, ask for clarification or return work to a responsible human. Also consider how an incorrect action could be corrected.
- Stop: the workflow can pause safely
- Ask: missing information triggers a question
- Return: work goes back to a responsible person
- Correct: a wrong action can be undone
03 · Honesty
Separate a plan from an operating system
A page describing a workflow is not evidence that the software can perform it. The planned NivoDesk Pro family explains intended jobs, appointments, local enquiries, hospitality and support journeys.
Its operational modules, integrations and account connections are not yet available. Any future demonstration would need to establish its actual behaviour separately, without relying on concept copy as proof.
Concept page
- Explains intended workflow
- Raises evaluation questions
- Not proof of capability
Proven system
- Demonstrated behaviour
