Planned module · illustrative sample dataVilla guests, handed over with care.
A planned guest workspace for overnight stays: think in nights and units, make the agreed stay understandable and protect the handoff into the guest's arrival.

How it works
From nights and units to a calm arrival
An overnight stay has different rules from a timed appointment, so the workflow starts there.
- Step 1
Model the stay
An accommodation unit across a date range, with occupancy.
- Step 2
Agree the details
Dates, unit, occupancy and conditions from verified sources.
- Step 3
Prepare arrival
Approved guidance; sensitive access details stay private.
- Step 4
Hand over to the host
The right team gets only the information it needs.
01 · Nights
Think in nights and accommodation units
Hotel front desk software and appointment scheduling software address different availability questions. An overnight stay needs an accommodation unit across a date range, with the relevant occupancy and arrival arrangements.
A room available for one night may not be available for the whole requested stay. Begin a comparison by explaining the accommodation model you actually operate.
| Unit | Mon | Tue | Wed | Whole stay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example Villa A | Free | Free | Free | Possible |
| Example Suite B | Free | Taken | Free | Not possible |
02 · Agreement
Make the agreed stay understandable
A guest and the responsible team should share a clear understanding of the dates, accommodation, occupancy and applicable conditions. Compare how a workflow would distinguish an enquiry from a reservation and a reservation from a changed arrangement.
Prices, cancellation conditions and arrival information need their own verified sources. These questions describe what to evaluate; they do not establish any accommodation offer, rate or booking term on this website.
03 · Handoff
Protect the handoff into the guest stay
Once an arrangement is confirmed through a real booking process, staff may need to coordinate preparation and answer relevant guest questions. Consider which team needs which information and avoid treating all guest details as shared operational notes.
Shared with housekeeping
- Unit and dates
- Preparation notes
- Arrival window
Kept private
- Access codes
- Payment details
- Personal guest data
04 · Arrival guide
Start with verified property facts
A useful guide needs an actual address, arrival process, access method, host contact route and rules approved by the property operator. Security-sensitive access instructions should not be placed on a public information page.
The planned assistant could help organise approved content and prepare language variants. A host must verify the facts and translations; the software should not invent facilities, opening hours or emergency arrangements. Booking-specific details require a private delivery process, and local recommendations should be dated and checked.
- Address & arrival process: approved by the operator
- Access method: delivered privately, never public
- Host contact route: real and tested
- Local tips: dated and checked
- Translations: verified by a host
FAQ
Questions you might have
Can I reserve a stay here?
No. There is no inventory, rate engine or reservation service on this site.
Would the assistant write my guide?
It could help organise approved content, but a host must verify every fact and translation.
Where do access codes go?
Never on a public page. They need a private, reservation-specific delivery process.
