NivoDesk Pro / Lead Finder

Planned module · illustrative sample data

Find local businesses. Reach them responsibly.

Lead Finder is a planned workflow that turns “cleaning companies in Athens” into a tidy, reviewable list of the public contact details those businesses publish themselves, ready as a CSV for you to check before any outreach.

Concept page. No live tool, account or data export is offered yet.

How it works

Four calm steps from a question to a reviewed list

Each step does one job and leaves a visible trail, so you always know where a detail came from and can decide what to keep.

  1. Step 1

    Define the search

Pick one business type and one area. A narrow question keeps the list relevant and easy to justify.

  2. Step 2

    Collect public listings

Open map data and public listings provide names, addresses and websites, with no login and no paid lists.

  3. Step 3

    Read contact pages

Only the home, contact and about pages a business publishes, respecting robots.txt and slowing down between requests.

  4. Step 4

    Review and export

You check every row, remove anything personal or outdated, then export a CSV for your own process.

01 · Search

Start from a clear, narrow search

A useful lead list begins with a specific question: which type of local business, in which area, and why they might reasonably want to hear from you. Lead Finder would start from open map data and public listings rather than broad, untargeted collection.

What this means for you:smaller lists you can actually review, and a clear reason for every business on them.

02 · Enrich

Only public business contacts, always traceable

For each business with a website, the concept would read the pages the business itself publishes and note general emails, phone numbers and social links. Pattern matching comes first; a locally run language model would only help when a page is hard to read. No logins, paywalls or personal profiles.

What this means for you:every value carries its source page, so you can check, correct or remove it quickly.

03 · Export

What a reviewed CSV could look like

An illustrative mock of the export. Names and details below are invented sample data, not real businesses or results.

What this means for you:a familiar spreadsheet you control, with gaps and uncertain rows flagged instead of hidden.

04 · Respect

Respectful by design, reviewed by people

A CSV is a starting point, not permission to contact anyone. Public details can be outdated or belong to an individual, so each row needs human review. Under GDPR and similar rules you remain responsible for a lawful basis and an easy opt-out.

What this means for you:fewer surprises, cleaner outreach and a process you can explain if anyone asks.
  • Respects robots.txt: pages a site asks bots to skip are skipped.
  • Rate-limited: pauses between requests, never hammering a site.
  • Public business data only: no logins, paywalls or personal profiles.
  • GDPR-aware: personal-looking details flagged; lawful basis and opt-out stay with you.
  • Human review before outreach: nothing is sent automatically.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Is Lead Finder available today?

No. It is a planned NivoDesk Pro module. This page explains the intended workflow; there is no live search, account, export or pricing yet.

Where would the data come from?

Open map data, public listings and the contact or about pages that businesses publish on their own websites. No purchased lists and nothing behind a login.

Are the numbers or rows on this page real?

No. The table and diagrams use invented, illustrative sample data. No accuracy rate, lead volume or outreach result has been verified.

Does it send emails or messages?

No. The intended output is a CSV for your own review. Automatic outreach is not part of this concept.

How does it handle GDPR?

It would focus on business contact details, flag anything that looks personal and keep sources visible. Deciding on a lawful basis, offering an opt-out and honouring it remain your responsibility.
